Quest Brighton on the Bay

The room was comfy modern and clean. It had good amenities = WiFi was good but my apple computer had problems connecting. The bathroom was pleasant and large and can easily fit two adults. I thought the room was quiet and the bed linen of good quality which made it easy to sleep. Parking was undercover and safe. Quest is next to the Brighton Yacht club where my conference was held ; this really helped because it was raining the whole day. The hotel provided silver cutlery and good porcelain plates which was useful. The staff were polite and professional. It would be helpful if the staff prompted the guest about the departure time the next day.

Comfortable room, quiet generally. Good WiFi once I changed my room - a little weak in the first room offered. As an apart hotel, the room had all necessary to enjoy take away meals.

Excellent check in experience with a happy and very helpful man! :-) Really enjoyed the property location convenience - everything we needed was super close by! We stayed in a nice big room with a bedroom and full kitchen with large fridge & freezer - excellent option for families! The bathroom was a great size and parking was easy, the car spaces are nice and roomy. Just over the road from the beach was awesome. This will be our future go-to hotel for family visits to Melbourne - thank you, look forward to the next time!

The staff went out of their way to accomodate an initial concern and rooms were changed. They were easy to discuss concerns with and rectified these quickly. The motel is in a residential/hotel complex so although there is not direct view of the bay, there are options to have a room along a side street which show glimpses of the bay. the bay is across the road. The rooms are clean and there are laundry facilities for quest on the first floor. A cafe at the Brighton Baths opposite opens 8am-4pm. Restaurant thur- Sun evenings. Near Great shopping area, Woolworths , classy shops and lovely cafes 20 minutes away in Church St. Easy, quiet streets to walk along.

The room was spacious, good amenities eg big kitchen and bathroom. Great undercover parking, big spaces. Beds were comfy enough and good pillows. A/C was on. After hours check in instructions really handy.
